All payments are due at the beginning of the session. If you have out-of-network benefits and would like to be reimbursed for the services you receive, I am happy to provide you with a monthly receipt you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

I encourage you to check with your insurance company regarding covered benefits. Below are a list of questions that might be helpful to ask:

• Do I have out-of-network mental health insurance benefits?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Cash, and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

**Cancellation Policy
Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be assessed the full fee. No showing for a session will be assessed the full fee.
